Hello Airtonix,

this error does not happens in my installations. It seems that somehow you are missing the password file or it has the wrong permissions. Please, run this command and report back the output:

ls -l /var/lib/zentyal/ldap.passwd"

Also we need to know how you arrived to this error:

• you used the installer or you installed the packages in a previous precise server?
• it is a standalone server, a master or a slave?
• do you have any error on the users setup? it worked before or this was the first time you tried to use it?.
