There is a problem with zarafa-licensed during startup. I had to update the service to start afterwards. 

update-rc.d -f zarafa-licensed remove
update-rc.d zarafa-licensed defaults '''21'''

Hi,

when managed by Zentyal (zarafa.conf:zarafa_licensed=yes) it is started after the server. When is not managed by Zentyal you should fill that bug against Zarafa:  https://jira.zarafa.com/browse/ZCP.
