Backup rsync error

Description

Dear All! I set rsync remote backup option. The backup process does not start due to error identification. However, the remote server with scp, I can load the backup file to destination directory with the username and password amylet gave the backup gui interface. Follow this link to download the Zentyal know log files.

Hello Papp Gyula,

the rsync method requires that a rsync daemos is running in the target server. It is running?.

If it is already running please look into the rsync daemon log file to be sure that the error is not in the rsync server side.

Since I am not getting more feedback, I close this.

Anyway when you setup the rsync method assure also that the fingerprints of the target servers are accepted, like in scp.
