Description
Dear All! Zentyal an AD master server like ftp server workgroup Zentyal save the "mentes" named AD user. The workgroup server, rlogin, I agreed with "ftp user only access to home folder" is not checked. Backup remote server to access I typed the following: "ipaddreess: 21/home/samba/shares/system/" The backup directory is "/home /mentes/home/samba/shares/system/" directory is created. How can I achieve it, save the configuration to create the specified directory? Thanks: Gyula

Since I have no more feedback I close this.
Anyway the best way to diagnose this problem is to try to connect to the FTP server from your Zentyal machine with the same parameters. If you cannot, you must change the parameters or the configuration of the servers until you are able to begin the FTP session AND upload files to the directory you will use for the backup
forgive me but I don't fully understand the ticket description. Could you try to rewrite it?.
