Hello Uassir,
probably something go badly in your LDAP setup, since it seems you do not have users yet the easiest way would be to reinstall zentyal-users and retry the setup. To do so, execute:
sudo /usr/share/zentyal-users/reinstall
Then enter on the web interface and setup again.
