Hello ad_user and thanks for your report,

yes, this a bug. Some times in some installations we have redis failure with no-ascii english characters.

This is the known issue #3718

Anyway, please note that no-ascii english characters are not supported by Zentyal as certificate names. Instead of the redis error, you should have the following error:

Invalid value for Common Name: Зентял.
