Hello,
this a error in the provision of the Ldb database. In the development branch we have better error checking so this will be reported before reaching this point. This changes will be released in the next zentyal-samba version.
As for existent system, some of them could be fixed with this procedure
- Disable Files Sharing module, save changes
- Change the realm to a fwdn format (File Sharing -> General Settings)
- Enable it again, save changes
