Can't suscribe to Zentyal Cloud

When I try to suscribe to the Zentyal Cloud, a message pops up and says: "An internal error has occurred. This is most probably a bug, relevant information can be found in the logs. Please look for the details in the /var/log/zentyal/zentyal.log file and take a minute to submit a bug report so we can fix the issue as soon as possible."

I tried this like 2 hours ago and still nothing.

Hello Pille Henry,

as the message says the details of the error are in /var/log/zentyal/zentyal.log and we need to see them.

I suggest you try again to subscribe and then look to /var/log/zentyal/zentyal.log to see the cause of the error. Then you can attach that file to this ticket so I can view it.
