fix issue related to cleanup of interfaces proviously configured by DHCP

Description

When an interface has been configured via DHCP, the data received from the DHCP server is stored on a special namespace called 'state'. It seems that when the interface is changed to static, the necessary cleanup does not remove the gateway.
