  • Summary changed from Bug report from Zentyal Server to When removing an accoutn with external acocunt retrieval: AttributeDescription contains inappropriate characters

Hello,

I have looked more in the issue. The LDAP record which raises a error is an external email account, the ones that are set in the user corner to retrieve email from external email accounts.

I have made accounts and I can delete the mail account, the external email account and the user without problem. I would like to test with your own accounts but I ned to know the addresses of the external accounts. Also if you know if they are non-alphanumeric characters in their passwords, plese say what are those characters. (no need to know the full password).

It would be interesting if you go to the user corner and try to remove here the account. It raises error or Zentyal let you proceed?.

Regards,

Javier

Hello,

I have tested it in my VMs and I delted the user without problems. I need the requested information so I can get the error in my machines; without error I have nothing to fix.

Please, reopen if you can provide it to me.

Regards,

Javier
