cant access web interface

clean install access server on server itself but web access  https://192.168.0.3 in fire fox error wih "the URL is not valid and connot be loaded" if attemp to use explorer it comes up with page but tells you to use firefox. using firefox 10.0.2

I am always using firefox to access to entyal without any problem.

This message usually is shown when you type a incorrect URL, incorrect meaning here that i does not follow the URL rules.

Another possibility is that you have an add-on which is interfering with the address bar; see  http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/746924 or  http://www.howtospoter.com/general/url-is-not-valid-and-cannot-be-loaded-solution

So it is not a bug but a operation error or a configuration error.
