Create a multitable MVC

Current eBox development version has a Model-View-Controller for generic tables implemented using AJAX and such. However, it is thought for a single table.

This ticket is intended to create a framework to create 3D tables with the same pattern explained above.

It's gonna be used by, at least, traffic shaping module.
