How copy the user's mailbox to another server

I need help! I don't know how to do the migration of different mailboxes of users to other server. i don't know where this mailboxes are saved (paths), i'm realy new in linux, and please need your help, I'm very interested to learn about this.

This section is only for bug reports.

Anyway the mailboxes are located at /var/vmail/[domain]/[account] , except if you are using Zarafa. In this last case they are stored in the mysql database.
