Hello,

a clean install of the last version does not fail. I have the following version:

root@z23sl:~# apt-cache policy zentyal-samba
zentyal-samba:
  Instalados: 2.3.5
  Candidato:  2.3.5
  Tabla de versión:

        500 http://ppa.launchpad.net/zentyal/2.3/ubuntu/ precise/main i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

However if you upgraded for a previous beta version, it is not compatible with the previous data so you should reinstall both zentyal-samba and zentyal-users. A easy way would be using the command: "sudo /usr/share/zentyal-users/reinstall"
