Workaround to do until ticket #373 will be done

Traffic shaping module needs to have the upload rate for each external interface to be able to guarantee and limit a fixed rate.

Until ticket #373 were done, this ticket is intended to workaround the issue doing a sum of the upload rates from all gateways applied to each external interface.
