Generic table cosmetical changes

Three tasks are done here:

1. Currently, generic table does NOT give any feedback. This ticket is intended to provide an icon to show when AJAX updates are done in the table.
2. Aditionally it's needed to provide EBox::Types::Union a viewer more beautiful using JavaScript? to achieve so.
3. Adding a fading out/in when a row is just moved up/down
4. Highlight the row which is being edited at that moment
5. Putting arrows only whenever it is possible
