Backup Local filesystem error

Address Dear! The backup service does not work on one of my Zentyal installed. You can not start and I can not think logban error message. I do not know where to find the error. I indicated that my all Installing Zentyal equally Set up the backup process. I always went to the local file system "/ home / backup" directory. This exception to the backup folder. Hello Papp Gyula,

in your logs I don't see trace of the backup process. Do you have enabled the backup module?

In case you have it enabled, execute '/usr/share/zentyal-ebackup/backup-tool --full' and see if it works. If it does not works please attach the zentyal.log after this execution.

A error that I can see in your logs is that you cannot connect to the cloud. This makes your automatic configuration backup to cloud fail. (You can see it browsing the events logs from the web interface). If you restore your connection to the cloud it will likely work.

Please, reopen if after checking and fix the above things do you find clues about system errors.

Ok, I see that the backup is enabled and the cloud subscription was a temporal error.

I have checked the warning after executing backup-tool and they are an annoyance but harmless.

Could you post the zentyal.log after executing the 'backup-tool --full' command?

I don't know what is making the backup fail but I see that the successful 19th backup was started around at 13:27 and the other backups were at 03:00. Maybe you have another process which interferes with your backup?. Try to change the hour to see if it is the case.

Anyway it seems a issue of the configuration of your backup process and not a zentyal bug so I am closing the issue; you can ask help about configuration issues in the forum. As always if you find evidence of a bug you can reopen it.

Dear Javier! I changed the time pontoons so the backup does not work. I think it is bad enough that we can not say why one system is not running a service! The set time watching the processeket a short period of time does not appear in Duplicity. Anyway I think re-install the system certainly solved the problem. Gyula
