Do apt-get update before creating packages

Description

Currently, buildbot does not update database before installing eBox dependencies. It is highly recommended to do so, since some packages (not much) are usually upgraded. The current error from buildbot log is the following: 

E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?
