DHCP dynamic DNS broken when samba is enabled

Description

The support in /usr/share/zentyal/stubs/dns/named.conf.local.mas for DHCP dynamic DNS updates is not included if samba is enabled. It looks like some attempt to reproduce what samba generates should be added.
