Description
If I change the Ebox password to a 17 character password, I can no longer log back on to my Ebox ("password incorrect"). If 17 characters is too long, perhaps Ebox can warn about that or (even better) not accept one that long when you change it.
An 11 character password doesn't seem to be a problem. I haven't tried any values in between...

I had tried 15-18 character passwords and i had not any problem.
