Warn the user when changes in interfaces make the web admin interface inaccessible or be at another IP

Some changes in interfaces may make the web admin interface only accessible through another IP or not at all.

These changes shouldn't be blocked but we must remind the user to avoid himself wasting his time with browsers' timeouts.

Such a warning already exists, I think user is told when saving changes
