Optional squid logging on database

Description
For now squid module stores logs on the database, that's fine for most cases, but it has some drawbacks such filling the disk with data very quickly. I have a customer who got 4GB of db data for less than a month and they have nearly 50 machines with 30 accessing the net. This also causes some general overload and resource eating on the machine when accessing log reports from the web-UI.
It'd be nice if one could enable/disable squid logging on the database from the web-UI. So, as my case, we save space for store squid's logs and use them to generate other kind of static reports for the customer.
