Adding a MAC address when the IP address is not a host

Adding a member which the IP address doesn't correspond to a host with MAC address is currently accepted but it should be done.

When you add a MAC address to a member IP, this is used by the firewall module to introduce filter which goals is to avoid spoofing address. So it's up to the user to configure the client machine properly.

As far as I understand this behaviour is correct. I'm going to close the ticket, if you see another drawback on this, feel free to reopen the ticket and state your reasons.

The point is the following:

If you add a member which has a network IP, you can't set a MAC address. It makes no sense.
