Allow creation of a hidden OpenVPN client

Description

Currently, all clients created from ebox-openvpn are listed on the Web GUI. However, the VPN created to communicate eBox with the control center should be hidden from the Web GUI.

Therefore the soap module should be able to create an OpenVPN client using ebox-openvpn API not listed at the Web GUI but fully functional.
