Need to be polished in order to be fully gconf-aware

Description

In order to be consistent, SOAP module should be fully gconf-aware.

To do so, it's required to do these tasks:

  • Remove unused certificates (regardless its common name)
  • You can upload/delete as many as you want, but in the end the committed files should be stored
