Create EBox::Model::DataForm

Currently, eBox's model are not delimited to EBox::Model::DataTable. However, a specific table which has a single row could have seen as a HTML form. Thus the viewer and setter will be a simple Form.

This ticket is intended to supply an specific EBox::Model::DataTable called EBox::Model::DataForm which will be based on the previous requirements.
