Cleanup event plugin process

Description

Currently the cleanup in event (dispatcher/watcher) plugin system is not done.

The clenup should erase any plugin from the enabled plugin directory when an eBox module is installed. Furthermore, the loading should be from this directory instead of using the common perl path.
