Add default value to Types

Add default value to the EBox::Types and set EBox::Model::DataForm to return row with the table description if no row is added so far.

This makes sense in order to have valid configuration in spite of non user interaction. It replaces the default values stored at GConf schemas.

  • Added default value for all types which makes sense (all except for HasMany, Link and Union::Text)
