Jabber - Username Issue

Description

I just installed EBOX on a vmware machine to test it out a little bit. The installation process worked great, the mail service setup worked ok but I am having some issues with the jabber service. I enabled the service, in the domain field I put "tralala" ,in the group section I added a group called "administrator" and 1 user in that group named "chris". If I try to connect to the server from the client (I use Spark 2.0.5.8) I only get invalid username or password. I tried a combination of names with group name, user name and domain name but the result was the same. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
