Integrate events in logs UI

To ease the usage of events using Logs, we need to create shortcuts from Logs UI to Log Event Watcher configuration.

Two shortcuts are required:

• Within the ConfigureLogDataTable a new column called event configuration has been used to link every log domain to its log watcher in Events module.
• After doing a query, you may want to set that query as an event you desire to be notified, a button close to Search called Add as event may be used to go to the filtering configuration for the given domain to manage filters, concretely that one.
