The [http://www.zentyal.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/Zentyal_Contributor_Agreement.pdf Zentyal Contributor Agreement ] (ZCA) gives eBox Technologies S.L. and the Contributor joint copyright interests in the code: the Contributor retains copyrights and simultaneously grants the same rights to eBox Technologies, sponsor of the Zentyal open source project.5 As in case of many other open source projects, the Zentyal project requires contributors to jointly assign their copyright on contributed code.
